    By accessing this website and using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use 10 Finger Marketing's services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

    The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to 10 Finger Marketing.

    Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    1. Introduction
    These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of 10 Finger Marketing’s website development, SEO, and Google Ads services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

    2. Services Provided
    We offer the following:
    - Website development for up to 5 pages.
    - SEO services for a defined 3-month period.
    - Google Ads management for 1 month.

    3. Website Development
    We provide the following process:
    1. Discovery
    2. Design
    3. Development and Content Creation
    4. Testing and Launch

    3.1 Limitation of Website Package
    Our development package includes a maximum of 5 pages. Any requests for additional pages or services beyond this limit will require separate agreements.

    4. SEO Services
    The SEO services include:
    - Comprehensive site audit
    - Keyword research and strategy
    - On-page optimization
    - Technical SEO and link-building.

    This is limited to a 3-month period unless renewed through a separate agreement.

    5. Google Ads Management
    Google Ads services include:
    - Account setup and optimization
    - Keyword research
    - Ad copy creation
    - Bid management
    - Performance tracking

    This service is provided for 1 month.

    6. Client Obligations
    Clients must provide accurate, timely information and review/approve all work as needed. Content and materials must be supplied when requested.

    7. Payment Terms
    - An initial deposit of $300 is required to begin work.
    - $100 from the deposit will be allocated to Google Ads spend and is non-refundable once used.
    - The remaining balance is payable upon completion.
    - No monthly recurring fees are charged unless otherwise agreed upon.

    8. Intellectual Property Rights
    Clients retain ownership of all content provided. Upon full payment, the client will receive a license to use the website and related services. Proprietary tools remain with 10 Finger Marketing.

    9. Confidentiality
    We agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared by the client and will not disclose such information without the client’s consent.

    10. Limited Liability
    We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes for SEO or Google Ads campaigns. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid by the client for our services.

    11. Termination
    Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the refundable portion of the deposit ($200) will be returned, unless the $100 allocated for Google Ads has already been used.

    12. Service Duration
    Website development is a one-time service. SEO is provided for 3 months, and Google Ads management is for 1 month. Renewal of services requires a new agreement.

    13. Amendments to Terms
    We reserve the right to amend this Agreement. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client in writing.

    14. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas courts.
